So pleased with my order and arrival time. CS called to confirm if the letters were to be in capital lettering style instead of lower case lettering styles- no issue for me. I just appreciated the call to inform me. Even more so impressed that the sash arrived within 2 days! Can't beat that for the price. I feel like a valued customer!

I ordered a custom sash on Thursday afternoon and received it that next Monday.  I was nervous at first, I was thinking since the turnover was so quick that my item would be of less than desirable quality.  I was wrong!  The sash looks great and the rhinestone work looks fabulous!  I would order from this site again, no doubt.

I cannot say how thrilled and impressed I was with the product and delivery.  I ordered items from about 5 different places for a friend's birthday and this was the first to arrive--by days.  What great service especially considering that I chose the custom feature!  Also, the sash came in a matching little bag which makes it such a nice gift.  Cannot say enough good things about this company!
